Philip Wright serves as Chief Operating Officer and the Director of Engineering for ABP. Philip is a professional licensed mechanical engineer and Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), with over 20 years of Mechanical engineering experience.  He is also a  LEED Accredited Professional, Building Enclosure Commissioning Process Provider (BECxP), and Commissioning Authority + Building Enclosure (CxA+BE).  Philip is passionate about providing practical energy efficient solutions that will serve the needs of our clients.

 

Philip's project experience includes both public and private sectors, and spans a wide range of project types, including criminal justice complexes, public safety centers, civic and community centers, academic facilities, science and health centers, government and corporate headquarters, and mixed-use facilities.  His background in engineering, commissioning, and project management allows Philip to effectively provide leadership and technical guidance to ABP's commissioning team on projects.

Philip is an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and is a Board Member who recently served two years as the President of the Mid-Atlantic chapter of the Building Commissioning Association (BCxA).
